Wakil Dekan Bidang Pendidikan, Kemahasiswaan, dan Kealumnian Fakultas Psikologi USU, Dr. Rahmi Putri Rangkuti, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog., menyampaikan bahwa Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK) merupakan bagian dari proses awal pembentukan karakter dan pengembangan kapasitas mahasiswa baru Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Sumatera Utara. Kegiatan ini tidak sekedar menjadi sarana penyambutan, tetapi juga ruang pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan sikap, nilai, dan keterampilan kepemimpinan yang relevan dalam kehidupan akademik maupun bermasyarakat.

FPsI USU Public Relations Team – The Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held a Journal Manuscript Writing Workshop entitled “Getting Published in Scopus-Indexed Journals with AI Assistance: Opportunities, Challenges, and Ethical Boundaries” at the Multipurpose Room of the Faculty of Psychology USU on Tuesday (September 22, 2026).

M. Muhar Om Tatok, an alumnus of the 2021 cohort of the Master's Program in Science Psychology, is known as a figure who is active in the preservation and development of culture. This award is also a source of pride for the Faculty of Psychology USU, particularly as part of his academic journey as an alumnus.

Through Filia Dina Anggraeni, S.Sos., M.Pd., and Fasti Rola, S.Psi., M.Psi., the Faculty of Psychology USU conducted reading assistance and reading resource management at MTs Al Washliyah, Lubuk Kasih Village, Brandan Barat, Langkat.
