To celebrate the 27th Anniversary of the Faculty of Psychology USU, P3M USU, in collaboration with Puspenkom USU and BNSP, presents the Work Competency Certification Program (PSKK) in Human Resources at a special anniversary rate.

Competition in the HR field is getting tighter. A degree alone is often not enough; companies seek candidates with proven professional competencies. This program offers active USU students and alumni a valuable opportunity to earn a nationally recognized BNSP Competency Certificate, both for career preparation and professional development.

  1. HR Recruitment and Selection Staff: Drafting job descriptions, managing social security administration, conducting workload analysis, and executing recruitment processes.

  2. Human Resources Staff: Drafting job descriptions, managing social security administration, conducting wage analysis, and administering HR policy implementation.

🗓️ Schedule:

  • Training: Saturday, November 7, 2026, 08:00 – 14:00 WIB

  • Certification Examination: November 12 or 13, 2026

  • Venue: Faculty of Psychology USU (Offline)
