The second day of the workshop also featured Dra. Juliana Irmayanti Saragih, M.Psi., Psychologist, as the speaker. The materials presented on the second day provided a more in-depth continuation of the first day's sessions, covering the PRISMA clinic, literature search result management, pilot screening and data charting, as well as manuscript outlining and follow-up planning. These sessions were designed to help participants understand the essential stages of preparing a scoping review in a structured and systematic manner.

During the PRISMA clinic and literature search result management sessions, participants learned how to organize article search results and document the literature identification and selection process. These stages are essential for maintaining transparency and traceability in the review process, enabling readers to understand how scientific sources are selected for analysis.

Next, through the pilot screening and data charting sessions, participants gained an understanding of the initial screening of articles based on predetermined criteria and techniques for extracting relevant information from selected literature. These stages help researchers map research findings, recognize patterns in the literature, and identify knowledge gaps that require further investigation.

The workshop continued with sessions on manuscript outlining and follow-up planning. At this stage, participants were guided in organizing their review findings into a systematic scientific writing structure and planning the subsequent steps needed to develop their manuscripts for publication. Thus, the workshop focused not only on understanding the methodology but also on preparing participants to produce high-quality research outputs.

The two-day workshop was part of the Faculty of Psychology USU's efforts to enhance the research and scientific publication capacities of lecturers and students in the Master's Program in Science. Through this activity, participants are expected to apply the knowledge gained to their respective research, strengthen the quality of academic writing, and increase their opportunities for publication in reputable international journals.

The second day concluded with a group photo session with the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology USU, Prof. Dr. Vivi Gusrini Rahmadani, S.Psi., M.Sc., M.A., the Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, Cooperation, and Internationalization, Dr. Tarmidi, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist, and the workshop participants. This closing session formed part of the series of activities expected to encourage the continued development of research competencies and academic collaboration within the Faculty of Psychology USU.

This activity aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, through strengthening academic competencies and promoting continuous learning among lecturers and students. The workshop also supports SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, particularly in developing research and knowledge capacity, as well as SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through opportunities to strengthen research collaboration and scientific publication.

Through this workshop, the Faculty of Psychology USU hopes that more lecturers and students will be able to produce high-quality literature reviews, expand their contributions to psychological science, and bring research findings to the international publication level. These efforts are expected to strengthen a productive research culture and support the enhancement of the academic reputation of the Faculty of Psychology USU.
