Dr. Liza Marini, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist, shared a message encouraging aspiring psychologists to consistently uphold professional ethics. "Be a psychologist who firmly upholds professional ethics and the Code of Ethics of Psychology, and helps many people," she emphasized. According to her, integrity and commitment to the Indonesian Psychology Code of Ethics are essential foundations for ensuring that psychological services are provided responsibly, respect human dignity, and safeguard the well-being of every individual.

In line with this message, Ika Sari Dewi, S.Psi., M.Pd., Psychologist, emphasized the importance of maintaining one's character and personal happiness. She advised, "Continue to be a person who possesses and maintains INTEGRITY, and do not forget to BE HAPPY." This message serves as a reminder that before helping and bringing happiness to others, aspiring psychologists must also be able to maintain their personal integrity, mental health, and happiness.

Meanwhile, Rodiatul Hasanah Siregar, S.Psi., M.Si., highlighted the importance of balancing academic mastery with mental preparedness. She advised, "Master the theories and prepare yourself with a healthy mind." A thorough understanding of theory is a fundamental foundation for professional competence, while good mental health is an important asset for facing the various challenges and dynamics encountered during education and in the practice of psychological services.

Complementing these messages, Eka Ervika, S.Psi., M.Si., encouraged aspiring psychologists to remain committed to making a positive social impact. "Be a person who always brings BENEFITS wherever you are," she stated. This message reinforces the role of psychology as a profession dedicated to serving others and making a positive contribution to the wider community.

These inspirational messages emphasize that becoming a psychologist requires a continuous learning process. Students are expected not only to deepen their scientific knowledge and academic skills but also to develop self-awareness, cultivate empathy, and maintain their own mental health in a balanced manner.
This message is also relevant to SDG 4: Quality Education, through its emphasis on scientific knowledge, competency development, and lifelong learning. Quality education for aspiring psychologists is expected to produce professionals who excel academically and can apply their knowledge ethically and responsibly.
Through these messages, the Faculty of Psychology USU continues to demonstrate its commitment to educating and developing a generation of aspiring psychologists who excel academically, possess strong character, uphold ethical principles, and are prepared to make meaningful contributions to society.
