The faculty meeting was one of the efforts to strengthen internal coordination and communication in support of the smooth execution of duties within the faculty. Through this activity, various information was shared to ensure that all relevant parties had a common understanding of policies and the implementation of both academic and administrative activities.

In addition to serving as a means of disseminating information, the meeting also played an important role in fostering a shared understanding and improving work effectiveness. Effective coordination is expected to help create an orderly work environment that is responsive to the faculty's needs.

The meeting was in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16, Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. This goal emphasizes the importance of building effective, accountable, and transparent institutions. Within higher education institutions, this can be achieved through well-directed coordination and good faculty governance.

Through this faculty meeting, the USU Faculty of Psychology continues to strengthen internal synergy to support the delivery of increasingly high-quality education and administrative services.
