The PeopleMath Executive Workshop was successfully held at the Student Hall of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), carrying the theme “A New Path to Developing Excellent Human Resources for Sustainable Organizational Performance.”
The workshop featured USU Rector Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin as the keynote speaker, along with Agus Dwi Handaya and Dean of the Faculty of Psychology at USU, Prof. Dr. Vivi Gusrini Rahmadani, as speakers.
In her presentation, Prof. Vivi emphasized the importance of workplace well-being, supportive leadership, and strengthening personal resources to create a work environment that can enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.

The discussion highlighted the importance of a people-centered approach to organizational management. A work environment that supports well-being, responsive leadership, and individual capacity development can play an important role in building a productive and sustainable workforce.
The involvement of the Faculty of Psychology at USU in the workshop also represents an effort to strengthen the contribution of psychological science in addressing challenges related to human resource and organizational management.
The activity is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by promoting productive, inclusive, healthy, and sustainable work environments.
