On Tuesday, 26 May 2026, the Faculty of Psychology USU held a public lecture entitled “The Future Human Resources in the Digital Era (Banking Industry)”, featuring Andi Irawan Dalimunthe, Chief of Human Resources at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah, as the speaker.
Through this event, the Faculty of Psychology USU supported Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education by providing a learning platform that broadened students’ understanding of the professional world and competency development in the digital era.
The session was moderated by Sherry Hadiyani, M.Psi., Psychologist. The discussion was highly interactive, featuring questions from participants and practical insights and experiences shared directly by the speaker.
