Medan—The Freshman Orientation Program (PKKMB) of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) in 2022 was successfully held for three days, from September 5th to 7th. The PKKMB activity, centered at the USU Mini Stadium, aims to introduce new students to the campus environment before they begin their academic journey.
After the opening at the Mini Stadium, the new students were released to their respective faculties. The Faculty of Psychology USU held PKKMB in the Multipurpose Room of Building C, 2nd Floor. At the event, new Faculty of Psychology USU students had a valuable opportunity to get acquainted directly with the lecturers and education staff who will assist them during their studies.
The Dean of the USU Faculty of Psychology, Zulkarnain, Ph.D., a psychologist, was also present at the event to welcome and give a warm welcome to the new students. He expressed his hope that this PKKMB can be a good start for new students in getting to know the campus environment and preparing themselves for future academic challenges.
PKKMB Faculty of Psychology USU in 2022 was filled with various interesting activities, such as an introduction to the curriculum, campus facilities, student organizations, and other important information relevant to new students.
With the end of this PKKMB, it is hoped that new USU Faculty of Psychology students will be ready to start their academic journey with enthusiasm and optimism.
Congratulations to the six lecturers of the Faculty of Psychology who have been appointed as Permanent Coordinators of the Faculty of Psychology Universitas Sumatera Utara in 2026!
