The appointments represent an important part of efforts to strengthen administrative governance and support the implementation of various academic and non-academic programs within the Faculty of Psychology USU.

The officials entrusted with responsibilities for the 2026–2027 period are Yusrah Harahap, S.E., as Head of the Administrative Office; Dama Paundra Falletehan, S.I.Kom., as Manager of Research, Community Service, Cooperation, and Internationalization; Sartika Marina Lubis, S.E., M.Si., as Manager of Education, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs; and Andy Suprianto, A.Md.Kom., as Manager of Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Academic Infrastructure.

The Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Prof. Dr. Vivi Gusrini R. Pohan, M.Sc., MA., Psychologist, extended her congratulations on the appointment of the Head of the Administrative Office and Managers within the Faculty of Psychology USU. She also expressed her hope that the appointments would bring renewed enthusiasm, positive changes, and increasingly solid cooperation in the future. “Congratulations on your new responsibilities as Head of the Administrative Office and Managers within the Faculty of Psychology. May these responsibilities bring renewed enthusiasm and positive changes, as well as generate new innovations and breakthroughs to make the Faculty of Psychology USU increasingly excellent and progressive. Our challenges are significant, but through solid cooperation, open communication, and a spirit of togetherness, we can strengthen our efforts in carrying out these responsibilities,” she said.

These new responsibilities are expected to further strengthen synergy among units within the Faculty of Psychology USU and encourage improvements in the quality of administrative services, education, research, community service, cooperation, and student development.
